DOOM SYNDICATE have been cultivating there flavor of metal since the late 90s, meeting many friends along the way and quietly helping forge a new sound of east coast flavor. Like their friends in bands like Lamb of God, Dying Fetus, Pessimist and new found brothers in GWAR. They have an east coast metal sound that has to be heard, but unfortunately being tucked away in the Blue Ridge Mountains nothing much but echoes have gotten out. DOOM SYNDICATE recently did a small tour with there friends in the Los Angeles band CREMATORIUM here on the east coast and just amazed crowds with the technical and driving sound, leaving people to wonder where have these guys been? Every shows reaction the same no matter playing with national acts out of town or not people were so satisfied they were leaving after DOOM left the stage at some shows thinking they were the headlining act even with proven national acts yet to play!

DOOM SYNDICATE have shared the stage and road recently with bands like CREMATORIUM, ALL THAT REMAINS, BONGZILLA ,CEPHALIC CARNAGE, ORIGIN, IMMOLATION, EVERY TIME I DIE, DYING FETUS, GOATWHORE, DYING FETUS, and there first show ever with the band only being together for a month was with the once mighty CORROSION OF CONFORMITY then SPACEHOG shortly after. Playing every where they could find to play in and around there area they have been the only Death metal act to ever come to there “Star City” and play historic Victory Stadium or the Roanoke Civic Center seldom does a metal band this heavy get this much attention, but DOOM SYNDICATE does, and also catching one of there heavy tunes on a couple of the areas radio stations during regular rotation was not uncommon late at night.

The members the make up DOOM SYNDICATE are a assortment of hardcore metallers ranging from Scott / lead guitars (x- hate cylinder, death of millions and Metagor) with a extensive metal background, Chip / bass (badtrip ,suffusion) a long time metal head with various influences as well as a love for the bass itself, Rob / guitars a schooled player and true lover of the craft , JR / vocals whose punk hardcore styling from his youth combined with his love of pure death metal made him a perfect fit and the new comer. Dan / drums (ex murder majestic) whose black metal hardcore extreme background fit the sound DOOM SYNDICATE have been striving to reach for years. It’s paid off by landing some spots on shows setup by one of the biggest and best metal agents First Row Talent out of California

Now the time has come to unleash what has been hidden deep in these mountains for years after slowly building there following through shows, the internet and releasing 4 different CDS on their own, DOOMSYNDICATE has finally taken the steps needed to make sure their mark on metal be shown to the rest of the world they are the missing link to the puzzle of the east coast death core sound. DREAM OR NIGHTMARE is a project that combines several styles of metal to create an original and unique sound. Influences include not only modern, traditional, and progressive metal, but also several other musical genres; thus allowing for much creativity in writing and performance (even reaching beyond what is displayed on their demo CD).

Along with founder and lead guitarist Joe Sims (who has received international acclaim for his work with the groups Axemaster, The Awakening, and Reign), DREAM OR NIGHTMARE has grown into a strong unit through the heavy yet complex work of lead guitarist Jim Arnold, the solid progressive bass of Dave Rhynard, and the energy of drummer Russ Kirk, this combination has proven to be one that has the ability, talent, and creativity to produce a style that will appeal to fans of all varieties of metal.

With thoughtful lyrics, powerful yet technical music, and an overall feel and flavor that’s all their own, this band has all the elements to become a worldwide success. Their debut 4 song demo CD is only the beginning of bigger and better things to come from DREAM OR NIGHTMARE; a project that will soon be breaking through on the international scene.

They released in 2003 his first Demo Cd entitled Absolute Highest Conqueror, the mixture of weight, aggressiveness and melody had excellent receptivity and it provoked animated reactions of the I public of the whole undreground circuit, fact that was registered in the Cd Demo Total Metal Attack (released in the same year by the fan club of the band). 2004 begins with DynamoWar negotiating with several recording specialized and they released his 2nd entitled Demo Iron Age. THE BAND
Our vocalist, Santtu’s computer music project took the form of a band in the year 2001 when he asked Toby to arrange his music to be played with live instruments. Immediately Tuomo came along to play the drums and Jukka to play the bass. END7 was born.

END7 is a Finnish band, originally from Seinäjoki, that consist of four members. Santtu does the shouting and rapping, and is also the biggest influential person when writing the lyrics and creating the rhymes. Toby is the guitarist and background vocalist, and with the other members of the band he composes most parts of the songs. The whole group is involved when putting the parts together. While playing the bass guitar Jukka also sings background vocals. Tuomo is the drummer and the webmaster of our website.

Our music style is metal, between alternative and rapcore, mixed with emotions and aggression – rap, shouting and clean, beautiful background vocals here and there. These are combined with soulful melodic atmosphere, powerful disortion guitars and energetic beats. Computers still have a role in our music and most likely the use of them will increase in the following releases.

In the future we will concentrate on doing gigs, hopefully a lot of them, and compose new songs. A new release is planned for the summer of 2004, an EP containing possibly 4 brand new songs that’ll kick your ass.

HISTORY

2004
A contract with ROC Media Group was made and our music was played in various TV-programs on MTV3, SubTV and Urheilukanava (major Finnish tv-channels). “Prime” was selected track of the day on GarageBand.com. We won a weekly demo-contest on YleX (major Finnish radio station).

2003
We spread our wings a little bit by performing our first gig in Bar 15, Seinäjoki. Our first EP, titled “6543210″, was released. Here we are now to rock your fucking world!

2002
Deviant changes the name to END7 after numerous name proposals and a long period of thinking.

2001
Santtu’s computer music project, Deviant, desides to do an EP. Toby comes along to play the guitar and also to produce the album. They search for a bass player and a drummer, find Jukka, and finally Tuomo. The band has its current form.
