DanDare is an old school hardcore punk thrash band that started in 1989. Our songs are basically about individual freedom, thinking for yourself, and all developments in human society that are a threat to this, like fascism, nazism, intolerance, repression and so on. Thinking for yourself does not mean thinking solely about yourself and not caring about what happens in the world around you. It means thinking critically about oneself and what goes on in the world, whether it is on an individual or a collective level. We believe that individuals should have the opportunity to become aware of what goes on and to grow to what one might call complete human beings. Everything that hinders this development is considered to be a danger to individual people and in the end to society at large. Music might not have the power to change the world, but it can have a meaning by shedding a light on topics and express views and opinions. That is what we are trying to achieve through our music. In the end we are all in this together, so we better make it good..

Los asesinos de la superficialidad started in september 2000 with Pascal on vocals, René on bass, Ferry on guitar and Sjakie a.k.a. Richard on drums. This Line-up is still intact today.

Pascal: formerly in Office killer and other bands, current other bands: Grinding halt, RCA.

René: formerly in Office killer and other bands, current other bands: The last mile, Grinding halt. Sjakie: formerly in de Pislarven and many other bands, current other band: Mindföck.

Ferry: formerly in Gonzales, Katzenjammer kids, Nekschot,current other band: Dandare.

We had no set ideas about the music, we just started making songs wich sounded right to us. In may 2001 we recorded 6 songs, 2 of which will be released on DP-sampler #4, 4 will be released on 7″.

Scavenge ist eine Death Core Metal Band aus Dresden, die im Sommer 2000 gegründet wurde. Im Frühjahr 2001 entsteht die erste Demo “one man system”. Durch Besetzungswechsel ändert sich der Musikstil der Band. Zu rhythmischen Hardcore-Elementen fließen mehr und mehr melodiöse Deathmetal-Sounds ein. Im Juli 2004 wird das erste Album “the prevention of loss” aufgenommen.

Seitdem spielten SCAVENGE einige Konzerte mit Bands wie: Backfire (NL), Fleshless (CZ), Dark Suns (GER), The Switch (CZ), Carpe Noctum (GER), Torment of Prometheus (GER), Giftshop (GER), Hindoslem (AUT), Sethqen, Cold Spread, The Incoming u.v.m.

Severed began in August 2001, with four high school friends wanting to play heavy metal. Each member brought a different taste to the band. Severedcombines thrash, death, hardcore, and extreme to create brutal music. Now in 2003 Severed has added a second guitarist and is continuing their assaultacross the east coast of U.S.A. Severed has played many shows with suchnotables as Cannibal Corpse, Arch Enemy, God Forbid, Sworn Enemy, DarkFuneral, Divine Empire, Beyond the Embrace, Scar Culture, Incantation, Pissing Razors, Skinless, Kataklysm, Immolation, Grave, Goatwhore and countless others. Severed plays music that expects people to fuck shit up to, plain and simple.
